Moo Moo Mystery Maps
Learn each arena before the round timer starts so Researchers survive and Security reads sightlines faster.
Maps in Moo Moo Mystery are compact social-deduction arenas set inside a stranded space-research program. Blοx Universe built the game around readable layouts: short corridors, obvious landmarks, and enough vertical cover that a skilled Cow can still ambush a distracted Researcher. Unlike the unrelated Roblox cow simulator called Moo, every map here supports the same three roles—Cow, Researcher, and Security—and the same win conditions each round.
Before you queue, skim the getting started guide for movement basics and the controls guide for knife and gun inputs, then return here whenever a new stage appears in the map vote. Winning is rarely about memorizing every prop; it is about knowing where Security can see, where Researchers can break line of sight, and where the Cow can circle back after a failed chase.
How map voting works
When a lobby fills, players vote on the next arena. Standard lobbies grant one vote per player. Owners of the 2x Map Votes gamepass (see gamepasses) can submit two picks, which helps friend groups stay on a map they have practiced. Votes are tallied quickly, so late joiners should pick immediately instead of waiting for a “perfect” read.
After selection, everyone spawns into the same research-station aesthetic: metal walkways, glass observation rooms, and outdoor pads that still feel like deep-space outposts. Round length does not change per map, but sightlines and noise do. Open pier sections and ice pads punish idle Researchers; tight lab halls and arcade aisles punish Security who reload in the open.
All playable map pages
The live rotation currently centers on three main arenas plus a cross-map hiding guide. Start with these linked breakdowns:
- Coconut Research Facility — The tropical research station with a long pier, catwalks, and some of the clearest long-range angles for Security. Best first map for landmark callouts and Hatch pier traffic.
- Ice Research Facility — Frozen open pads connected by tight corridors. Security overwatch dominates the pads; Cow ambushes dominate intersections. Contrasts Coconut’s pier pacing.
- Arcade Crash — Crashed arcade clutter with shorter sightlines, louder rotations, and prop-blocked knife arcs. Best for close-quarters practice and temporary hide angles.
- Hide spots overview — Role-neutral hiding principles that apply on Coconut, Ice, and Arcade, plus links to advanced god spots for experienced players.

Space research theme across stages
Although individual maps vary, the art direction stays consistent: you are a researcher crew isolated in orbit or on a remote facility world. Coconut Research Facility leans into palm-lined exteriors wrapped around sterile labs—a contrast that makes silhouettes easy to spot at sunset lighting. Ice Research Facility pushes cold blues across open testing pads. Arcade Crash breaks the calm with neon wreckage. All three mirror the hero art on our Items hub.
That theme matters for gameplay. Bright exterior zones and open ice encourage Security to hold central sightlines, while interior labs, corridors, and arcade aisles give the Cow short paths between victim rooms. Researchers should treat every transition door as a risk: crossing from outdoors to indoors often slows you just long enough for a knife throw.
Map knowledge by role
Researchers should learn two safe loops per map: one near teammates and one solo escape route when the Cow is chasing elsewhere. You do not need guns; you need corners. Pair map study with the Researcher role page for tone-of-voice callouts that do not reveal your exact closet.
Security should memorize high ground and ammo-box adjacency. Elevated pier rails on Coconut and pad edges on Ice let you watch large zones if Researchers stay visible — but you become a flank target if you never relocate. Cross-read role priority tips for when to push versus when to guard a choke.
Cow players should note spawn-adjacent routes that reach isolated Researchers in under five seconds. Maps with multiple floor levels and arcade prop mazes reward feinting: break line of sight, change elevation or aisle, then re-engage from an unexpected angle. If you bought 2x Cow Chance (gamepasses), use extra Cow rounds to practice these paths deliberately instead of rushing every kill.
Events and limited-time layouts
Seasonal events sometimes add props or egg spawns without replacing the base map mesh. During The Hatch, Fire eggs can appear along map edges; Coconut’s pier is a common spawn point detailed in The Hatch event guide. Event clutter can block old hide spots on any map, so re-walk your favorites after each patch noted in Updates.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Moo Moo Mystery questions.
How many maps does Moo Moo Mystery have?
The live roster includes three main arenas — Coconut Research Facility, Ice Research Facility, and Arcade Crash — plus shared hiding principles on the hide spots page. Check the changelog for future additions.
Can I pick the same map every round?
Only if your lobby votes it in. Stack votes with friends or the 2x Map Votes gamepass to improve odds.
Where do Hatch Fire eggs spawn on maps?
Usually near map edges or landmarks like the Coconut pier. See The Hatch guide for a full event walkthrough.
Is Coconut Research Facility good for beginners?
Yes. Its layout is readable and featured in many tutorials, including the hide spots page.
